Started as a copywriter, making his way up the ranks to becoming one of the youngest TV, Event, Concert and Video directors in the Philippines.


Frank has been a multi-hyphenate way before it became a buzzword in the creative industry and its fringes. He was already a writer-producer-editor-director when he started his career in ABS-CBN via its subsidiary brands Studio 23 and Creative Programs, Inc. It didn’t take long for the subsidiary bosses to notice the young creative outstanding talent in creating compelling content, he was promoted to become a creative head in no time.

With countless AVPs, interstitials, and several groundbreaking shows under his helm, Frank took the biggest challenge in his career in 2013 when he started his own multimedia company, FLM Creatives and Productions Inc. Since then, Frank has shown his diverse skills and knowledge in creating content for all entertainment platforms.

His hard work and continuous efforts to discover new ways to create content has earned him a score of awards from respected award-giving bodies in the country. Among his accolades is being Director of the Year, in the 2018 Asia Leaders Awards, and PMPC Star Awards for Music, Concert of the year winner for Lani Misalucha’s LOVE CATCHER Concert.

Not one to rest on his former laurels, Frank continues to challenge himself by taking -on directorial jobs for concerts and other high profile events such as (NCAA Opening Ceremonies, numerous local concerts.) He even finds time to teach and share his expertise to students. He’s taught Multmedia Arts at Dela Salle College of Saint Benilde from 2008-2013 and is now about to impart his vast knowledge in content production in his hometown Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela. “I am tried teaching in a university where everything is readily available. I challenge myself even more by teaching in a state college, proving that it is never a hindrance to be creative not having the facilities and equipment.”

Always humble when asked about his success, Frank never fails to mention that it is really hard work and a great amount of courage, his failures, and faith that took him to where he is right now. All he wanted to do at the beginning was to tell stories, and this passion remains the foundation of his every single undertaking to this day. “I create because I believe that there is something more beyond giving life to an idea or a concept. It’s all about making an impact and telling a story, a good story.”

As for the future of his company and as a creative individual, Frank is currently preparing himself to produce more concerts here and abroad and perhaps one day, he will be given the chance to pursue one of his ultimate dreams, directing his own film.
